- ½ cup green onion (for cabbage rice)
- ½ cup chopped cilantro (for cabbage rice)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (for cabbage rice)
- 3 cloves garlic (for cabbage rice)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (for sauce)

- 2 tbsp water (for tempeh)
- Brown rice (for tempeh)
- 2 tbsp tamari (sweet and sour sauce)
- ¼ cup tomato sauce (sweet and sour sauce)
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar (sweet and sour sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic (sweet and sour sauce)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (sweet and sour sauce)
- 1 tsp ginger (sweet and sour sauce)
- ½ cup water (sweet and sour sauce)
Start by whisking your sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then, add your ingredients, including your sweet and sour sauce, into a slow cooker. To cook, set your temperature on high and cook for around two or three hours.

- 1 cup Napa cabbage
- 1 pound tofu

- 2 cups cooked vermicelli noodles
- 15 rice paper wrappers
- 3 tsp soy sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce (for sauce)
- ¼ cup peanut butter (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 lime, juiced
Start by whisking your sauce ingredients together. Once completely whisked, set aside.
Then, drain and press your tofu. When done, heat a skillet on the stove, slicing your tofu as it heats up.
Then, you’ll want to cook your tofu slices into your skillet and cook for about three minutes. When fully cooked, take it from the heat and cover one side with your sauce.
Do this for all tofu.
When done, you’ll want to pour hot water into a bowl and use it to soften your rice paper. Spread this paper out on a cutting board, attempting a circular shape.
Then, place your tofu, cabbage, noodles, mint, carrots, and cilantro onto the bottom 1/3 portion of the paper. Once you’ve done this, simply fold like you would a burrito.
